The Gateway Women’s Club members, family, and friends enjoyed the FC Naples soccer game at Paradise Coast Sports Complex in Naples. FC Naples played the Union Omaha team. The group enjoyed the Party Deck, where a delicious buffet meal was offered. This was an air-conditioned deck room with an outdoor porch with seating. The facility offered a great view of the game, and everyone enjoyed the game. The outdoor porch had a slight breeze and was not humid, which made it a very comfortable evening. FC Naples scored the first goal in the first half and added another toward the end of the game, securing a 2-0 victory over the league – leading Union Omaha.

We are planning to attend the Oktoberfest in Cape Coral on
Saturday, October 24th at 6:00 PM
The cost is $10.00 at the gate (if you buy in advance online, it is $8.00)
It is located at the German American Social Club
2101 Pine Island Rd., Cape Coral
There is free satellite parking at Lot 1448 Ceitus Terrance.
Shuttles run from 4:00 – Midnight
The music never stops in the big tent, with two stages and a giant dance floor. The Bavarian Garden also features non-stop music!

and our favorite potato pancakes.
We are planning to carpool for parking reasons and to enjoy each other’s company. You may register to join us at the September and October meetings. We will depart from the Gateway Trinity Church.
