The annual flower rotation at all monument entrances is now complete. The new plantings have been fertilized and are already thriving, bringing fresh color and curb appeal to the community.
GreatView also completed several landscape upgrade installations for our Gateway homeowners and continues to maintain all Gateway common areas to keep everything looking healthy, green, and well-kept.
In addition, their team has been repairing irrigation lines damaged during recent construction along the curbing. They have identified and replaced aging solenoids as they fail. Their overall goal is to stay ahead of issues and ensure the property continues to receive reliable, consistent watering.
